Can you fit inside the standard 11 AM–3 PM Airbnb turnover window?

Yes — that’s our specialty. For most studios and one-bedrooms we need about two hours; for larger homes we’ll plan around your specific checkout times so we’re always done before check-in.

Do you handle laundry, or do we provide our own linens?

Both work. Many hosts keep two or three sets of linens on-site so we can swap and launder. If you prefer, we can take linens off-site to launder for an additional fee.

What products do you use? Are they safe for guests?

We use hospitality-grade products by default — pet- and child-safe and low-fragrance. If your guests have specific sensitivities or you prefer specific brands, just let us know.

Are you insured? Do you carry bond coverage?

Yes — fully insured and bonded. Your property and your guests are protected on every visit.

What happens if a guest leaves the place damaged?

We document everything: photos, a short note, and a list of anything missing or damaged. You’ll have what you need to file an Airbnb resolution before your next guest checks in.

Do you handle restocking? What about supplies?

Yes. Coffee, paper goods, soaps, sponges, dishwasher pods, trash bags — we maintain a checklist tailored to your listing and restock at every turnover. Supplies can be billed at cost or kept on-site.

Can I see what’s included before I commit?

Always. We start every host relationship with a free walk-through — we tour the space, learn your standards, and write a custom checklist. You see exactly what we’ll deliver before you book.

What if a guest cancels last-minute?

If your guest cancels and we don’t need to clean, no charge. If we’re already on the way or on-site, we charge a small trip fee — never the full turnover.
